Does what it is supposed to! 18 October 2011
So far it has been fine, but having to replace 2 paddles in the machine that is just over a year old isn't great. hopefully these will last longer.

Have brought these paddles on a number of occasions, I have always found the service provided very good and prompt. Easy to fit but I always try to have a spare as they shear off quite suddenly

Great product, shame about the delivery 22 July 2011
The product matched the manufacturer's part perfectly and at half the price. Fitting was simple and we were back up and running within minutes. Unfortunately, the shipping company were hopeless, refusing to honour the next day delivery for which I had paid and completely disinterested in my complaint. E-spares refunded the extra charge without quibble, but I will insist on a different carrier next time!

As described. Right part arrived, within stated timescale. Fits the model as stated. Reasonable price. Hard to be enthusiastic about a washing machine part. It does what they said, it arrived when they said it would and I was charged the amount the quoted. Pretty standard.

At nearly half the price of the main dealer . The washing machine paddles were excellent value . The only point that was a problem is that there was no fitting instructions

The part was genuine and of a good quality. Fitting was made easier by adding a tiny amount of oil to the grippers so they could then fully slide into place.

replacement drum paddle 04 November 2011
Useful description allowed me to choose the correct item. Best value I found on the internet. No fitting instructions. Had to work out that a metal tag on the drum needed flattening, the paddle slipped into its fittings then the metal tag pulled back. After some tries I found a long bike spoke could be poked through the holes and the thread caught on the metal tag to pull it back. Took 3 days to dispatch and it arrived 7 days after ordering. Pity there is no 1st class post alternative.
