  Ordered this together with the drainage channel as part of one had sheared off and come stuck in the other. Easy to fit both parts. Agree with previous review in that the video shows the lady just pushing on the new spray arm - it needs pushing and twisting at the same time. Soon worked that out tho! Fast delivery (4 days), great prices and cheap postage. Fab!

  Dishwasher upper spray arm 21 April 2010

  Can't fault the product or service. My old spray arm had been repaired and sometimes left dirty residue in the machine due to lack of pressure. Not so anymore - well worth the money & effort. The video on this website was missleading though as it suggested that the old arm would pop off; it didn't! It had to be pushed down and twisted to activate the thread so be careful.
