1st time I'd ever done a job like this and to be honest it went very well. The espares video is a must as without it there would have been a couple of things that might have gone wrong. Took about 50 minutes to get the machine apart and something similar to put it back together. I spent a good while cleaning the dam thing out and can see why it's recomended that you run a monthly cleaning cycle just to clean the machine. And make sure you get a new seal for the drum. I'd forgot how quite these machines are. Many thanks and I'll be using espares again.

Mrs complaining that washing machine was noisy when spinning. Ordered new bearings on line which arrived quickly. E-spares video made replacement of bearings much easier for DIY. Once again, I am a satisfied E-spares customer.

The bearings and seal were of a good quality at a reasonable price, with a very speedy dilivery. The instructional videos were vital, as I would not have attempted the repair without them. The only problem I had was removing the drive shaft from the drum, which was really difficult. A word or two on how to proceed with seized bearings and how much force/heat needed would be the only improvement I could suggest. I have used E Spares in the past and have always rated them very highly, and this experience was no exception. I will certainly be using them again.

Bearing up under the pressure! 23 January 2012
Reqd a full machine strip down and rebuild, but now my washing machine runs smooth as silk. Use a heat gun or hot air gun to make removal of the old bearings easier. Apply heat to the bearing holders before drifting the bearings out, or the new ones in.

Not quite a piece of cake - Hotpoint WT960P 23 January 2012
Decided to change the bearings myself after watching the espares video.Removal of the old bearings is not the two minute job it appears. 30minutes of progressively heavier hammering to remove the shaft, 2 hours of similar tapping to remove the old bearings. Fortunately after polishing the shaft and bearing housing with brasso and a wipe with WD40 everything slipped back together and job was completed. Not a job to be rushed or for the impatient. You do need a drum seal as well and I changed the dampers when I found one to be broken. The espare replacement was a much better quality than the originaal.

Just fitted new bearings to my washing machine. They were exactly as specified. Never done this job before, but followed the excellent e spares video,took my time and washing machine now works like new.

Initial assistance required from help department because of the possibility of one of two types, very helpful! Good quality bearings packed well, site video was very useful as previous bearings I have done were different approach. Bearing pressed in firmly without excessive force. bearing engineered to perfection. incredible difference when job completed, very quiet. Espares has done it again, purchased from them before and never been let down, keep it up !
