  The right parts and a really detailed espares video made the job fairly straightforward. Easy to use website made identifying the right part easy. Machine now works fine, which with the cost of labour would not have been economic to repair if we called someone in.

  Having been told by my local repairer that I needed a new drum and spider,it was approaching the cost of a new machine.Thanks to E-spares and their honesty I repaired the machine at a fraction of the cost.The bearings are excellent quality and the drum seal I also purchased was in a genuine parts bag.All in all great value for money.This is the first machine i`ve had apart and thanks to the video it was not too much grief.All the parts fitted without trouble and I can now hear my TV over the silent washing machine.Thanks E-spares,great all round.

  Not a bad job 12 June 2012

  Bearings and sela fit beautifully. Washing machine has never been this quiet even from new ( have to periodically check if the machine is still running). Do not be put off with the seemingly daunting task of changing the bearings, there are a lot of parts to remove, but hte job itself is quite simple to do. WATCH THE YOU TUBE VIDEO AND YOU ARE NEARLY THERE.One mistake that I did was to hit the spider with a hammer, use an old flat blade screwdriver and hit the spider on the flats either side of the drive tounge, this will avoid distorting the spider so the flywheel sits back perfectly. Would buy this product again when they wear out in a few years.

  bearings and drum seal were easy to remove and replace as i have done this job once before it is now nice to be able to hold a conversation in our kitchen when machine is on spin as before you needed ear defenders. cheap repair to good machine thanks e spares

  Partially stripped and saw a 30mm outer bearing and so ordered the 30mm kit. However, the inner bearing was 35mm and so spoke to customer services who suggested the 35mm kit. Returned the 30mm kit with an RMA number supplied. Removing the inner 35mm bearing was a 2 day job for me (soaked with WD40 overnight and hammer and cold chisel and eventually came out (Figured it was all or nothing). Cleaned up and installed the new parts easily. covered all sealing surfaces of the drum with sealant and reinstalled into machine. So, started Monday and finished today (Wednesday) No leaks and machine running a full load and SILENT.. wow ! Well worth the hard labour! And to top it off the local repair shop had recommended buying a whole rear drum as they wouldn't do this level of repair themselves !

  My missus think I'm a hero! 22 May 2012

  Excellent product and service. Since our washer is 6 years old I took it to bits before ordering the parts, and that's where the next day delivery service was brilliant. I rang about 3pm Tuesday and the parts were here by lunchtime Wednesday. The video is very helpful. Our machine was a different make, but the differences were minor and easily figured out. End result is a whisper quiet washing machine for a very small price.
