  Oven door seal. 23 May 2014

  You need to take a bit of care when fitting, but works and fits perfectly well when done right. There will be a burning plastic smell the first time you use the oven, don't panic it soon passes.

  The perfect solution. 18 May 2014

  The kit arrived and I was concerned that there were only minimal fitting instructions included. I need not have worried as they were more than adequate. The job was simplicity itself and was completed in about ten minutes - I took my time. It fits well and has solved my problem at a very reasonable price. Thank you e-spares once again.

  An excellent alternative to manufacturers part. 16 April 2014

  An easily fitted alternative part, but follow the instructions supplied. An excellent video is provided on the web site to enable you to see how it is done. Make sure the right length is cut to enable correct tensioning of the seal. Otherwise the hooks will not fasten properly and the seal will sag, if too loose. Remember the old saying, measure twice, cut once. This will ensure correct measurement.

  The seal was easy to cut and fitted snugly. However, when the oven heated up, the seal expanded quite a lot, sagging noticeably in the middle along the top, providing no seal at all. When the oven cooled, it returned to its original position.

  Recut the sagging part a little shorter to allow for expansion when warm.

  This product will be good value if it fits your cooker. Although specified for my cooker it was too thick. Your existing seal needs to be about 8mmthick. Mine was 2-3 mm.

  Easy fit door seal 28 February 2014

  I bought the fit-all door seal but it didn't fit very well. Reason: the holes in the oven frame were not in the best position for this door seal. This is because the original seal had radiused corners whereas this seal has square corners. It was a simple job to drill 2 new holes in the frame and the seal fitted perfectly. Very good value and very easy to fit. Customer was delighted.

  Easy to fit, looks like an original part and works well but is a lot cheaper than buying the model-specific one, if indeed that is available. Instructions even explain how to drill 2 small holes to enhance fit, if necessary.

  Door Seal Del Longhi Oven 30 December 2013

  I purchased this item after searhing the internet for a suitable replacement for my oven. The item arrived well packed and included easy to use instructions. I have never replaced an oven seal before but found the instructions about cutting lengths and fitting very easy to follow.
