Ordered this item two days before Christmas,and it arrived on Christmas Eve. Well done e spares. No instructions with kit, but fitting was easy and straight forward. A comprehensive fitting demo is available on youtube.

Did the job perfectly. My only constructive criticism is that the product has to be cut to size to allow for the stretching of the seal and comes with a table of information relevent to the various oven sizes. This table is a poor photocopy and could not be read. Fortunately my oven was the same size as the example shown on the document being the only numbers legible and therefore I got lucky. I haven't checked but there may be a table on the website stating the same information....if not I would suggest that there is. All in all a good product delivered on time

One of the single metal hooks was missing (you need 2 corners and 2 singles). We received 3 corners, one single. It worked okay but the substituted corner hook has an exposed barb which could snag a finger or cloth. (old Neff double oven).
