  Top service, top product 01 September 2014

  Our Zanussi dishwasher started tripping the circuit breaker, and the heating element was prime suspect. Zero thanks to Zanussi for their design making it quite hard to get to, but I was able to confirm the heating element was at fault and full marks to espares for supplying the genuine part quickly & efficiently. Will definitely use again.

  It had to be the element 02 May 2012

  The dishwasher kept tripping a switch after the initial rince cycle so I concluded that the problem was with the heating of the water system. Using a multimeter I tested the original and it appeared to be perfect, however I invested in the element and replaced. Nightmare of a job but well worth it. Everything is working perfectly again. I believe everything so stay in a kitchen for longer than 7 years! Hopefully now it will.

  Why do so many people buy the heating element only to find its not the problem? Carry out a test on the old unit before ordering. My heater was dead and after replacing now works perfectly Great service from Espares. Will deffinately use again Many thanks

  Make sure you ring up with the PNC number of your machine. I ordered mine direct online (there was nowhere to enter the PNC number)and ended up with the wrong part. I had to then reorder the correct part by phone but e-spares did refund the original amount(albeit I had to pay for the return postage). Unfortunately after all that my water is still not getting hot so I can only presume it was the sensor and not the element. Will try replacing the sensor and hope for the best.Anyone know how to replace the sensor or where to find it?

  2100W Dishwasher Heater Element 09 March 2009

  The part arrived within the time stated on order and was very easy to fit (3 electrical connections and a couple of spring o rings), albeit I could have done with a larger set of pliers to open the rings. Unfortuantely the machine is still not heating, implying a PCB or thermostat problem.
