  Straightfordward DIY job. 21 November 2016

  Arrived promptly. Old one would not unscrew. Power off at mains. Crushed old glass with gland pliers which were then used to hold the element centre which allowed me to unscrew the body easily. New one fitted quickly. 5 minutes in all.
