  A direct replacement for the original of equal quality. The fit was perfect and the instruction video on e-spares very informative. I did have to press it fairy hard to engage with the tabs but in my opinion this gave a satisfyingly firm seal. Good value for money

  difficult to fit to my Neff dishwasher 25 November 2013

  watched the video. noteworthy that the you don't actually see the young demonstrator fully fit the product in place. A very strong man struggled. We had to use the old rubber seal. the video needs to be honest.

  Detergent dispencer for a diswasher 11 November 2013

  Excellent service ordered on a week end advised it had been dispatched before the Monday, Arrived Monday and fitted that afternoon, new unit fitted well, some difficulty in pushing it in far enough due to the new rubber seal but managed it with a little persuasion, excellent spare. Video was very helpful

  Helpfull video 06 November 2013

  Your video was great and encouraging. The actual fitting was straight forward apart from getting the rubber seal compressed enough to allow the clips to spring into place. I am a great believer in repairing stuff. Far too often products are designed to through away when they fail; E-Spares saves waste and money.

  Dishwasher fixed 31 October 2013

  Although this dispenser was shown as the correct one for our Neff S5433x0gb/13 it is not the same as the one in our machine. Its the same form factor and size, but, this one has two electrical connection points and our existing one only has one. That said, I was able to install it after some time and HARD pushing, and it works perfectly. Also, I took the eSpares price match promise and they matched the lower price. Great news, thanks eSpares.

  New life into the old washer 11 October 2013

  The process of identifying the part was simple - very impressed. Arrived in good time. Fitting was not quite as easy as the video on my Neff but got there in the end and no cut fingers! Espares refunded the VAT promptly once goods arrived Jersey. Would have selected 4.5 on value if an option.
