  Easy Replacement 09 August 2010

  Followed the online instructions and it was very easy to fit. Making sure of the 'click' to fit was the hardest part as there were no suitable hold / pressure points on the dishwasher door plate to press it hard into place.

  Good value - easy to fit 20 July 2010

  Not a bad price considering that it is a reasonably complex item to manufacture, and certainly a substantial saving over having an engineer call to repair! Simple to fit; took about 15 to 20 minutes in all. You don't have to cut any lugs off the old one, just use a small flat-bladed screwdriver to ease the thin metal lugs (top and bottom) over the plastic ones on the old dispenser. Definitely worth lubricating the new unit's seal with a little washing up liquid which helps it pop easily into place.

  Always the bit that goes on a modern dishwasher 01 February 2010

  At first I thought "Oh my, it's a different colour, i.e. grey, but it 's a perfect fit - useful to ease the rubber seal with a little washing-up liquid, and TAKE ONE'S TIME ABOUT IT.

  Good product 20 November 2009

  Although the product, detergent dispenser,was very good there were no fitting instructions. I managed to complete it but there were 2 plastic claw like pieces that I could find no obvious place to fit.

  You can do it! 28 December 2008

  Exactly the right item - I was slightly worried as I couldn't find the exact detail of my old Bosch. However there were no fittig instructions - so here goes! 1. Unplug from mains 2. Remove stainless steel cover with torx screw driver, leave the two larger screws each side that hold the hinges in place. 3. There is a cable tidy which is attached to the inside of the dispenser - remove carefully 4. Unplug the connectors to the old dispenser then carefully cut the top plastic lugs off the old dispenser and it will come away easily. Beware the stainless steel edges are sharp. 5. Replacement is a reversal of the removal. Press the new dispenser in firmly as it must 'click' into place to be secured by the stainless steel lugs. In all it took me 35 mins and has worked perfectly well since.
