Excellent delivery - wrong item 02 February 2014
Ordered saturday - delivered Monday - really excellent. Be careful when matching the items ordered to your device - despite same model dishwasher and same part number this item had a different connector for the no rinse aid detector. It was difficult to know this for certain until the dishwasher was disassembled - in the end I chose to live without the feature rather than have to work around the issue with a 2nd - possibly also incorrect part.

difficult to fit to my Neff dishwasher 25 November 2013
watched the video. noteworthy that the you don't actually see the young demonstrator fully fit the product in place. A very strong man struggled. We had to use the old rubber seal. the video needs to be honest.

Did not fix the problem I was having. 09 September 2013
Unfortunately this item didn't fix the problem that i was having which was that the dispenser wouldn't open so it was a waste of money for me, as I will still have to get an engineer out. The installation of the items was a challenge but the video on the web site was a real help as I knew exactly what needed to be done.

Not fully compatible with original part. 01 September 2013
I found that the supplied dispenser did not easily replace the original dispenser on my dishwasher, having a different connector at the rinse-aid end and three connections instead of two. When I pointed this out to your staff they merely confirmed that as far as they were concerned they had supplied me with the correct part and that for further assistance I should contact Bosch (who have proved to be similarly unhelpful) Douglas Stafford

Difficult to fit but worked in the end. 23 July 2013
Very difficult to fit, I had to call customer services to confirm the part number was correct. They said it was and that it fitted various Bosch Dishwashers. The dimensions were only 1mm different but this meant that the dispenser would not latch into place unless I filed 1mm from the stainless steel door. I had the option to return the dispenser for a full refund but then I'd be searching for the part again with possible further disappointment. So I filed the door and the dispenser fitted against the seal as it should. Glad I did as it now works fine, only wish i had been given more information before I ordered this product. Good job I had a file handy too. Perhaps espares should provide one with the dispenser!

Product repair 18 January 2013
Having purchased a Bosch dishwasher we had good service from it until the soap dispenser malfunctioned. Having searched the net i found what i needed to carry out the repair and purchased a new one. The Espares online support video was excellent- well done and easy to follow. The fitting instructions for the new dispenser were straight forward, however the new seal was a real pain and would not fit under any circumstances - certainly not a push fit even when lubricated. i can only assume they are done with a press under factory conditions. I overcame the problem by swapping the old seal onto the new unit and fitted it no problem.

Product exactly what I needed 18 October 2011
Was looking for this product and did not realise that I could get it online. Fitting was very easy and the product has been working properly since I installed it. Image of product on the web was a big help in being sure it was what I was looking for.

Neff dishwasher purchase 29 June 2011
parts arrived after three days, paid for overnight delivery so not so good. on opening parts found that you supplied a hoover extension instead of a dishwasher dispenser. had to phone again and you sent out overnight the correct part, so service not great but part was good.

Dishwasher dispenser will not open 01 December 2016
I fitted the new dispenser ,but it still does not open,the same as the old one.To be fair its a very old dishwasher,and the wiring is probably at fault.Just seems i have wasted my money buying a new part.
