  As this is a replacement for a broken item I found the website most helpful in finding the right product, and the fitting instructions were excellent. However it was necessary to modify the retaining plates on the dishwasher to enable the dispenser to fully click into position. The dishwasher is now working perfectly.

  I can recommend espares every time, with excellent service and handy videos on how to carry out the repair. The dishwasher detergent dispenser arrived next day and while stripping out the old one was a bit tricky, putting the new one back was hard work!. The video makes it look easy but getting the clips to re-engage was not at all easy and in the end took two of us to complete. Clearly it needs to be a tight fit to ensure it is watertight. Once installed however the dispenser worked a treat.

  This dispenser is not cheap but in comparison to buying a new machine or having an installer come and fit, it is good value. The video on YouTube is helpful and the fit took 15 mins in total.

  Excellent delivery - wrong item 02 February 2014

  Ordered saturday - delivered Monday - really excellent. Be careful when matching the items ordered to your device - despite same model dishwasher and same part number this item had a different connector for the no rinse aid detector. It was difficult to know this for certain until the dishwasher was disassembled - in the end I chose to live without the feature rather than have to work around the issue with a 2nd - possibly also incorrect part.

  Perfect And Not So Hard To Fit 26 January 2014

  Perfect genuine replacement detergent dispenser to replace my broken old one. Where espares come into their own is their online videos explaining how to replace. The particular video for this one explained how to tell if your old one can be fixed or if knackered, wonderful! Following the video replacing was simple. There is a tricky moment trying to clip in place which is tough and needs some force, but to be expected. You don't want the thing to leak.

  Exactly as promised 03 January 2014

  Bit of a swine to fit but that was due to my dishwasher being integrated so I needed to take off the front panel first, which I did through trial and error. Seems to be working perfectly now though. The part arrived quickly despite being ordered over the Christmas period, with excellent DPD tracking and delivery. Would definitely recommend eSpares and happily use them again.

  Emergency replacement, Christmas eve! 02 January 2014

  Part failed on23rd, replacement arrived 24th. removal was easy following instructions in ESpares video. New unit wouldn't clip in until we realized that tabs had bent slightly during removal. After slight bending inwards re-fitting was easy and dishwasher functioned perfectly. Time of whole removal/replacement about 25 minutes. Very easy operation having viewed excellent utube video! Thank you, saved Christmas washing up!
