  Shame it didn't solve my problem 17 December 2014

  Nothing wrong with fitting the product itself because even as a complete "untechnical" sort of person I was able to extract the old part and fit the new one easily thanks to your video. It was just unfortunate that there is clearly something else wrong with my dishwaher since the new part didn't solve the problem of non-dispensing of soap, so I had to send the part back and resort to "manual" mode. The part itself is robust and looks exactly like the part I wanted to replace.

  rung e/spares as model number not recognized on the system. they come up with the right part. ordered/delivered on time. the video did not show the fitting of this model but things worked out ok in the end. thank you for you service

  excellent video though it needs to emphasise more the necessity to remove the kicking panel on bottom of door or if this is not possible (I couldn't)to tape down the rubber strip along this panel to facilitate replacing outer door cover.

  Product fine, eSpares fitting video was perfect, only bit it didn't cover was how to get the front off the dishwasher - if it was an integral unit! Worked that out and then it took 15 minutes to fit the new unit

  100% as a like for like replacement - excellent. A bit of a struggle to get all the clips to engage when installing with the new gasket, but overall the job was done in 25 minutes - call me a satisfied customer !

  saved having to buy a new machine 09 July 2014

  I was pleasantly surprised to see that the part was available and very impressed with the video showing how to fit it. I had great difficulty fitting the new unit as it didn't want to click home due to it being a very tight fit. I then had a flash of inspiration and swapped the rubber seal for the one off the old unit. As this had been compressed over the years it fitted just nicely. The dishwasher is now good as new.
