  It's what you would expect - but at a high price. 31 October 2012

  If you order a Bosch plastic bin then you expect a really first class part. Well, sorry. The quality of this genuine made-by-Bosch part is just as flimsy as the one that came with the freezer when it was new. I'm not blaming espares: mine arrived damaged despite excellent packaging. There were no signs of damage to the packaging itself, so it probably arrived damaged at espares warehouse. espares despatched me another immediately I phoned them, and the return and replacement were free to me. Wonderful service and low delivery charge - I'll buy from espares again.

  Great service, but designers need help 19 July 2012

  Who designs a drawer for subzero temperatures and specifies that it be made out of brittle plastic/perspex/whatever? It's not eSpares fault, of course - they have no control over the manufacturing process. I thought the price was a little high, but their service was excellent, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to put a replacement drawer into a freezer.

  Quality product but expensive 19 July 2012

  E spares is great at providing a massive range of products and delivering them quickly but, although this is a quality product it seems pretty expensive for a plastic freezer drawer. However it is Bosch and if you don't get it from e spares how else would you get hold of one?

  Perfect Replacement 01 May 2012

  This replacement drawer was identical to the one I broke, good quality and of course easy to fit. A little expensive I think but as I wanted a genuine part,not much I could do about that. I am very pleased with it.

  Ordered this on one day got it two days later, was a good spare but slightly different to the original but fitted eventually. was a bit expensive, but delivery reliability does cost. would recommend anyone caught in the "Bosch" loop to buy spare parts away from their preferred stockist, you'll save a fortune.

  Fits freezer perfectly 05 January 2012

  Replaced middle and top freezer basket. Quality appears good so far. Quite expensive in my view for a plastic draw but could not find cheaper anywhere else.
