  I found the website easy to navigate to ascertain the correct spare drain hose for my manufacture of dishwasher. It fitted perfectly and made much easier by the inclusion of a 180 degree pipe up-stand hose saddle to lessen the strain on the flexible hose end.

  the wrong item despite ordering by machine reference 18 August 2013

  I ordered this item by make and model number . the invoice for the item had the make and model number on it, but the part did not fit. Instead of the specific item I thought I was ordering The part I was sent was a generic general purpose item which did not fit the machine. I travelled forty miles to fit this item only to find it was wrong. When I complained to customer services they told me it was my fault for not checking the dimensions! Totally hopeless, I will never use e spares again.

  bought this for my Miele dishwasher, fitted fine and seems to do the job fine. original got chewed by mice when machine was stored in garage as part of the moving process - Miele part would have been ridiculous price. Will use espares again.

  Product is almost exactly the same as the hose it is replacing. The only difference being that it is shorter. I would advise anyone to make sure that the length is adequate before ordering. Fortunately our outlet is close to the machine.

  I bought this as it came up on a search for my model number dishwasher. It did say to check to see if it fits, but it shouldn't of even been on the same page. Shame on you espares! I had to buy the correct one in the same search for my model number! Espares did despatch it very quickly and are very good to deal with.

  Hose bought for a dishwasher that had been previously had the hose cut off by somebody pulling the dishwasher out. ( some people just don't know what they are doing!) The part arrived quickly, fitted perfectly and was easy to fit. Overall excellent product and service. Thankyou
