  Bought this replacement head as the other had worn out the little red pads on the bottom and was catching carpet. New head and hoover is as good as new.

  Good Product But Difficult To Fit 30 October 2012

  It's a genuine spare part so is very good quality and value. The only thing against the product is that it is very difficilt to fit and take off, particularly when you need to change over to a nozzle. It's the only thing bad about Henry vacuums otherwise they're brilliant!
