Old head was worn (brushes on underside) so ordered a like for like replacement from E-spares. Easy to find the part on the website, prompt efficient service to get it to me... keep up the good work!

Great replacement 02 November 2012
Our poor Henry is expected to work very hard as we run a B&B. The floor tool was missing a couple of bits after years of hard work and when we fitted the new piece - very easy to do - it made a huge difference. Having ordered spares for the fridge and dishwasher from E-Spares it was the first and only place I needed to look.

Quick delivery, well packaged. The brush end is the same as the original but so much better. You don't realise how worn the old one gets until you get a new one. Does a superb job of picking up pet hairs. Good on wood floors as well. Easy to fit, very robust. Pleased I bought it.

Good Product But Difficult To Fit 30 October 2012
It's a genuine spare part so is very good quality and value. The only thing against the product is that it is very difficilt to fit and take off, particularly when you need to change over to a nozzle. It's the only thing bad about Henry vacuums otherwise they're brilliant!
