  At last an original part 28 March 2013

  My new part was delivered within a week which for an international delivery was good was asked to allow 3 weeks (excellent). It is great to have an original part to use as have tried others that have not been very good on hard floors. Excellent service but thought part was slightly expensive in relation to buying a new Henry.

  A perfect replacement 03 March 2013

  I've used several generic replacement heads for our trusty Henry but this beats them all. It's wider and the brushes seem better quality. Seems to be better suction too, but I can't see why this should be so. RECOMMENDED!

  I did a bit of research and found out people were disappointed with Hetty Hoover spares from elsewhere when trying to buy a bit cheaper. Definitely worth going for a bit more expensive and getting the exact product. I will use e E spares again. Hetty same as Henry!

  Excellent replacement 01 February 2013

  I bought this to replace the original floor tool that came with my Henry a few yrs ago but sadly broke. This new tool is shaped slightly differently, but didn't affect the fitting at all. It's nice to now hoover with clean brushes as the last tool the brushes had spayed out with dirt etc despite cleaning it after every use. Good value to.

  Part arrived within the time frame text by delivery firm. Thought I may have had difficulty removing original but old head came off with a little determination. On with new and is like new Henry.Excellent
