  Did I really need them? 08 October 2014

  First of all I found a little piece of plastic on the floor by the dishwasher and had no idea what it was. When I stopped to think, I realised it was one of the wheels. I turned over the basket and fitted it, then noticed that there were two missing. I ordered them and they came fairly promptly. I fitted them when the dishwasher was empty, but found I couldn't close the door. I knocked them off again with a firm tap with a pair of pliers, and then noticed that I'd put the basket in back to front. No wonder the door wouldn't close. When I empty the dishwasher again, I'll refit them and check that the tray is round the right way. This was a cautionary tale, and I hope it will give your support staff a good laugh. I'm female, 70 and not quite helpless yet.
