  Ordered compatible door seal for my Bosch washing m/c that e-spares web page said would fit. paid for next day delivery. Received it at the time I was e-mailed only to find it was different size to the one I took out (disaster, wife wanted washing pronto). Went through procedure to return which went great, called customer service explained my predicament and was told only genuine part would fit, bought and received seal next day delivery, fitted it using excellent video on web site. Marriage saved Over-all, very pleased with service from e-spares

  Does just what is needed 13 November 2016

  Obtaining the correct door seal took a couple of Attempts but the customer service Lady sorted out the correct door seal when I spoke to her, Fitting the new part took a while as it was the first time.. The internet instruction vidio helped although my particular machine isn't show but if ever I have to do another I would do it in half the time

  Leaking washing machine - door seal needed 22 August 2016

  The correct part for my machine was easy to find on the espares website and the correct part was expediently delivered. The espares video was watched several times before embarking on the job of fitting the new door seal and this definitely helped. Actually fitting the new seal however took several efforts and two pairs of hands made it easier. Quite satisfying when completed and even more so when the first wash afterwards had no leaks!

  Great part, but ridiculously expensive for what it is 23 February 2016

  Went for a Bosch part after a cheap copy got completely mould ridden within a few months. The Bosch part is many times more expensive than the unbranded equivalent. Whether that is justified remains to be seen.

  Fits well and cured my leaking door 17 November 2015

  I watched espares video and although my machine wasnt exactly the same I managed to fit and reassemble with no bits left over! Unlike the video I was working in a confined space but I did have an extra pair of hands to help out. I bought the more expensive seal because I want it to last. Only time will tell if it deserves extra marks for value and quality.

  Good door seal. 06 August 2015

  This washing machine door seal was just what my machine needed . I had trouble getting off the old one but fitting the new seal was very easy but had a little trouble on the last one because my fingers were a little sore from undoing the old one . But after all that it went very well.

  Simple to fit - with three hands. 29 July 2015

  I bought the more expensive original part rather than the cheaper aftermarket one for my Siemens 14-14 washer, on advise from a previous reviewer. Was easy to remove top and front but Torx screwdrivers required. Old seal came out very easily but I needed three hands to get the retaining springs back in to place - quick call to a friend and it was sorted in 2 mins and all working within 15 mins. I've used eSpares before and they have always delivered what I need when I need it. Only reason the part gets 4 stars is a) it wasn't quite as easy as the video suggests to get the springs back, b) it remains to be seen if it lasts the course like the 9yr old part it replaced, but so far so good, and c) it was almost 3 times the price of the AM one.

  RING OF SEAL! 02 November 2014

  Brilliant replacement part, even though some cheaper versions were available. The installation video was a wonderful piece of informative insight, although no time frame was given! The only thing missing from the bag was a large amount of patience and a little dexterity! Whole thing took less than two hours. Would I do it again.........hopefully not in the next 8 years!
