  Cheap for a Reason 20 November 2016

  Doesn't fit overly securely. When pulling the vacuum back, it lifts off the floor due to the design. So only suction on the forward motion. Swivels left and right okay. Doesn't lie anywhere near flat without losing most of the suction.

  hoover heads 08 July 2014

  why is there no hoover heads to fit a 32mm hose that has wheels on either side? it does not matter which type i have tried as soon as i go to hoover the floor it tries to suck the carpet up off the floor. it does not glide (even with a metal base) over the floor as it should do. sorry for the bum rating but i am not referring to your product. it was the only way i could leave a review and get a possible answer to my question above.

  I ordered a universal vacuum floor tool which arrived in less than 24 hours and fits perfectly and very easily. This has saved me from having to buy a whole new hoover and was a great price and value for money. Highly recommended!

  It fits to different hose sizes but the hard floor setting doesn't pick up dirt very well. And the carpet setting ie with brushes, doesn't do much either except get hair caught on the brush edges. Not great.

  double brush on floor tool makes it incredibly difficult to vacumm carpet,with original tool was able to vacuum both floor and carpet with brushes down.will be on lookout for an original part, waste of money for me:(sorry

  Bought this to replace broken head on my Panasonic cleaner. The first one I ordered broke instantly (but Espares were brilliant and just sent me another); however, although the tool fits easily it also comes off easily (ie when you don't want it to!) I cannot get it to work on carpet adequately but it's OK on hard floors.

  Easy to fit but impossible to hoover the carpet as the brushes are so stiff it will not move. When the brushes are in for hard floor cleaning you can hear the metal plate scratching the floor. Will by a genuine bosch part next time.
