  After many years of service our Miele floor tool finally expired. I looked on the Internet found a genuine replacement then found espares, their generic replacement is really good quality, extremely good value, and the service that I recieved was brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend espares, and will use them the next time we need a spare for the Miele or any other appliance.

  Very good value for item which from Comet would probably have cost x 3! Only problem, the connecting point to the pipe was too large so I've had to improvise with duck tape but it works alright so when I order another I will remember and measure before ordering.

  I also had trouble fitting this on, and it fell off! My husband came to the rescue and then no more problems. Agree with the other customers review, why does the cleaning slot only run part of the way across?
