  After many years of service our Miele floor tool finally expired. I looked on the Internet found a genuine replacement then found espares, their generic replacement is really good quality, extremely good value, and the service that I recieved was brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend espares, and will use them the next time we need a spare for the Miele or any other appliance.
