  Afraid it will break 13 August 2017

  It turned up quick enough but the original screw holes had housing built into the door so I had to use the screws that came with it. I followed the video instructions and drilled pilot holes for them but they weren't very good at biting into the door so had to increase the hole size 3 times in the end in small increments before they finally bit. Not convinced they are that tight though. Now it's on though I'm not confident it will last long as the handle isn't very thick so you can see it bending every time you open the fridge. It doesn't look as though it will take much to break. However it was either pay £18 for this one or over £60 for the branded one that matched the fridge and that's just a ridiculous price.

  Did not fit easily 24 September 2016

  Despite searching using the model number of our Fagor fridge freezer it was necessary to drill additional holes. This means it does not look too good (the supplied screw covers do not cover the bolt heads) and I fear it will weaken the structure. I feel I need to try to source a better, more appropriate product for the long term.

  Not sturdy enough - needs better design 02 August 2016

  Although this is for universal fitting, the actual strength of the item is poor. I fitted it correctly but I wonder how long it will last!

  Check for compatability 16 July 2015

  Having checked the model numbers e-spares showed that this product was suitable for my fridge and freezer so I did not check the screw spacing. I messed up, I trusted them. Fitting required drilling a new hole. The screws supplied with the handle have heads that are too large to allow the snug fitting of the covers. Got around these problems and they are in place. They do the job but are not of a particularly good quality. Reasonable value at the discounted price.

  fixing of universal fridge door handle 20 December 2014

  fixing was impossible,due to slot for fixing screws being 12.5mm from edge of door. the actual fixing holes my fridge door are 20mm from edge of door. so the handle could not be used with out drilling the fridge door

  WEAK LOOKING HANDLE 25 September 2014

  VERY EASY TO FIT USING EXISTING DOOR HANDLE SCREWS. LOOKS AND FEELS VERY WEAK. BENDS ALARMINGLY WHEN DOOR IS OPENED AND IT FEELS LIKE IT WILL NOT LAST LONG.

  Flimsy. 30 July 2014

  This replacement handle is extremely easy to fit, but seems very flimsy, and bends alarmingly when pulled. Because of this, the fridge door is now quite difficult to open. I wish I could get a genuine replacement part!

  Poor quality and wrong size. 09 August 2013

  Although I gave the correct serial No. etc, the handle was too short for the fixing holes and I had to drill the door to make it fit.

  overall the products not very well made... easy fitting though when fitted it tends to bend at its screw arms point.. made as a universal part for many makes of fridge.in my option it needs to be more robust and extra screw fixings..if the door has radius edges to its finish this handle just will not last long.
