  Poor quality and wrong size. 09 August 2013

  Although I gave the correct serial No. etc, the handle was too short for the fixing holes and I had to drill the door to make it fit.

  This product is way below the standard I expect from e-spares. It is flimsy and over priced. I'm not sure how long it will last but I open the freezer door every time in hope that it will not snap. In addition the screws provided with the handle do not fit the holes in the door. The handle is so thin it is not possible to use the existing screws with the new screw covers. overall verdict - hopeless - do not buy this product

  overall the products not very well made... easy fitting though when fitted it tends to bend at its screw arms point.. made as a universal part for many makes of fridge.in my option it needs to be more robust and extra screw fixings..if the door has radius edges to its finish this handle just will not last long.

  The handle is very flexible... it may be a bonus, as the original rigid part has broken twice.. I'm hopeful! Appears a little costly for what it is.

  Rather flimsy product.Edges of the handle are not well smoothed off from the mould. Fridge has machine screw fitting not pozi so covers do not fit.

  Being universal i thought this was the best product to choose, but the product was very basic, it feels cheap & nasty. I would recommend people do not purchase this particular product - It probably ultimately comes down to poor selection on my part (wanting it to be delivered next day), but when you fit the handle, it feels weak & the grip is not great (you can really feel the edges & it is not a comfortable grip)... I would suggest getting the correct handle to suit your specific fridge/freezer (spend a little extra money). In the end, I have now purchased the correct handle (as opposed to the universal handle).

  Universal is the operative word as I was unable to replace like for like. Construction on the fragile side compared to original. Do not expext it to last for long period of time. Only way to fit was by using existing two screws - ones supplied were too large.

  The freezer door handle arrived reasonably promptly. it fitted with the existing screws in less than a minute but it does not seem strong. The plastic is much less firm than the one which broke. However it does the job and it was good to be able to get a replacement so good for Espares for stocking it.

  Does the job 09 October 2012

  Bought this for my Gorenje R2007CLA and it was very easy to fit and does the job. However, it feels much less robust than the original one that broke so I don't know how long it will last.
