  Bought this for my teenage and very battered Miele cat and dog. It’s a long while since the original hard floor head died and it was a nuisance when the rotating head scattered dirt in the hard floor. I was pleased with the head but was going to comment on the design that resulted in dog hairs etc stuck to the velvety pads on the bottom. When cleaning said pads with the hose, the whole base plate came away revealing a far more effective head!! ( I did wonder why there were rollers that didn’t appear to do anything!) So, my stupidity aside, I’m very pleased with the product. Excellent value and given a new lease if life to my Miele and made cleaning dare I say it, more rewarding. My only gripe is that it is a push fit as opposed to easy button release, but if I’d wanted that I’d have to pay about 7x the price. A minor gripe but worth noting if you have any issues with hand weakness.

  This is a great purchase especially because it comes with extra bits for different size hoover pipes, so if you ever bought a new hoover with a different pipe you can still use it.
