  Replacement bag 03 September 2017

  Purchased these, as original Hoover bags no longer available. Tearing off the old bag collar was OK but found the adhesive on the new bags was not strong enough to keep the collar attached. Solved the problem by sticking the two together with tape. So far it seem to be working OK.

  Universal Dust Bags 23 September 2016

  Not clear that the cardboard collar from the old dust bag needed to be removed and stuck onto the new spare one. Fiddly to insert and not easy for those with arthritic hands. Will probably purchase Bosch original spares next time. Disappointed with the fixing but the actual bag quality is excellent.

  Required to be cut to two thirds size 14 June 2014

  Did not fit as designed as the hole plus one third of the bag had to be cut off. Then had to be rolled on like a condom to fit! Actually works fine but not too easy.

  Good purchase 27 February 2013

  I have a Kendall KC5000 which has a re-usable bag...yuk every time you empty it, it's a goggles and mask time, especially if it's windy. Now as far as I know there is no direct disposable bag available. These emergency bags are about 50% bigger than the original and so need foling carefully. In addition it isn't a good fit around the hole. The original has a sturdy plastic bit surrounding the hole. These bags do not even have a cardboard surround, it's paper. However the cleaner has a rubber tube with a groove in it, extending into the cleaner on which the bag fits. Fortunately the hole in the emergency bag would fit over it and into the groove thereby keeping it in place. It's a tight fit however but that's what you want to keep the bag in place. Still using the first bag so extended use cannot be commented on.
