  A very polite and helpful person assisted with identifying the right product for me as I hadn't a clue. There was no samsung crevice tool but with Espares help we found this universal tool. The person I spoke to was enthusiastic and gave me all the info I needed. I'd definitely use this company again.

  Not what I expected! 10 December 2010

  This product was not what I expected, I had actually requested tools for the model that I have, however when the crevice tool arrived it did not fit at all, you need to make clear that this does not fit the vacuum cleaner, very misleading and extremely disappointed.

  Not for Samsungs 03 November 2010

  Quality was fine and sure it would have been great were it 'universal' Checked measurements of Samsung hoover and it was exactly 37mm as stated but did not fit when it arrived as it needs to be a bit wider than 37mm to be able to attach to the end so no good. Very cheap though and the problem with this was that after paying delivery charge and paying to send it back we'd have paid for the item again so didn't bother returning. Makes a good telescope for the kids now though.

  thankyou for the piece for my hoover, it is the wrong size, as it is a bit to big for my hoover attachment, so will have to tape the crevise tool to the pipe when i need to use it, but thankyou for sending it so quick.

  Exact replacement 15 June 2009

  This was a replacement for an attachment that had been lost when we loaned the vacuum out. We weren't aware that 'universal' replacements were available until speaking with espares. With their advice as to size needed, this turned out to be an exact replacement that fitted perfectly.
