  Quality of manufacture 03 July 2014

  Plastic was thin, shape distorted when received and cracked along mold join line. Rather than go through a tiresome returns procedure, I taped it up and will be careful when using it.

  Nozzle arrived quite promptly, unfortunately it didn't fit. Had checked the dimensions before ordering, my Dyson cleaner was 37mm exactly. the nozzle however is also 37mm exactly so does not fit into the pipe. terribly disappointed with that, seems to be of good quality shame i can't use it.

  On examining this product I did feel that the thickness of the section which is made to fix over the central section of ones vacuum cleaner may not be thick enough, and/or too brittle and this did prove to be the case when I attached it.

  Universal tools may fit all models, need to fiddle with my vaccum parts to fit this.
