  Not what I expected 18 August 2013

  The website stated that my application for a crevice tool for a Russell Hobbs cyclonic vacuum cleaner was suitable for all models. In fact it was for a model with a 37cm fitting not 35cm as I needed. I therefore was told that postage of £2.99 would be deducted from my return. Not happy with this or with the follow up service to get the correct part.

  Not a good fit 11 April 2013

  I bought this item as i had managed to lose my own part during transporting it. I purchased from this site as my mother had purchased from you previously also item was cheaper than other sites. However when using the tool on my vacuum it keeps falling off as it is quite loose fitting.

  Bought the wrong one does not fit,web site not clear enough, bought the nozzle for animal Dyson but there are several animal Dyson cleaners with different sized nozzles.

  didn't fit! 11 December 2012

  this item didn't fit my Panasonic-MC E737. I didn't bother to return it because there wasn't another option available, so have had to modify it with duct tape.

  SORRY DIDN`T FIT MY VACUMN 14 July 2011

  Dear ESpares, The `universal` crevice tool was supposed to be able to fit the hose on an upright DC4, but it way too big. Unfortunately I have no other hoovers in the house that it can be used for, so what do I do next? thank you.

  Not what I expected! 10 December 2010

  This product was not what I expected, I had actually requested tools for the model that I have, however when the crevice tool arrived it did not fit at all, you need to make clear that this does not fit the vacuum cleaner, very misleading and extremely disappointed.

  Not for Samsungs 03 November 2010

  Quality was fine and sure it would have been great were it 'universal' Checked measurements of Samsung hoover and it was exactly 37mm as stated but did not fit when it arrived as it needs to be a bit wider than 37mm to be able to attach to the end so no good. Very cheap though and the problem with this was that after paying delivery charge and paying to send it back we'd have paid for the item again so didn't bother returning. Makes a good telescope for the kids now though.
