  would not buy again 10 February 2014

  Not worth buying universal one it is flimsy and very poor Quality. It is smaller than the original Henry foot. The mechanics of it seem loose and rattle. I Will definitely be purchasing an original Henry foot to replace this one asap.

  Expected much better 08 September 2013

  I was deciding which tool head to purchase and went for the cheaper option, which turned out to be a mistake. I'm not convinced about the actual quality and for some reason, there is less section than the one I had to replace. Also, it started to come apart after two days. My advise would be spend the extra money on then original part.

  Despite the epares website confirming suitability for our Bosch vacuum cleaner, the product didn't fit. However, a very prompt refund was made and a recommendation for a suitable replacement given.

  Terrible - hardly any suction!!! 27 April 2013

  Bought this a replacement for my Henry head which had worn out with use. Unfortunatley this head is useless, it has no where near the amount of suction provided by a genuine Henry part. Even my old broken one gave more suction than this one. Needless to say I am one very disappointed customer. I wish I had paid the extra and bought the 'genuine' part in the first instance. Basically a waste of money!!!

  When I typed in the model number of the hoover I needed the part for, it came up with the replacement that would fit the model I had. I decided to go for the universal attatchment. The delivery was quick. But when I tried the part it didn't fit. Never used espares before, and I don't think I will again. The description given was wrong. Sure the part was fine for a Hoover it would of fitted on :l
