service and delivery were fantastic - well packaged. fitted very easily onto pipe then began to use and it fell apart! managed to reassemble but it fell apart again so had to use tape to hold it together to finish the vaccuming. should have spent another tenner and bought the genuine article!

I bought this with a bit of doubt whether it will fit in our hover. I am wrong, it had a perfect fit and worked perfectly fine without any tuning.

really pleased with purchase. Cant believe the difference it's made. Feel ad though I've got a new vacuum cleaner. The new extention tool has made an unbelievable difference. Powerful suction. The purchase was delivered on time was simple to fit and very reasonably priced. Thankyou.

The attachment fitted my 32mm hoover tube perfectly. However when using for the first time to hoover the carpet the attachment fell apart. The small black tube came out of the head attachment and try as we might we can not get it to fit back together. The part is rendered useless. Would not recommend this product at all.

Good replacement floor tool 27 August 2011
I am very happy with this replacement floor tool for my Electrolux vacuum cleaner with only one little hitch: the tool is great at picking up dust and dirt but the top buttons are not very reliable. When I press the button to extend the brush in order to pick up more pet hair and dirt off the rug - the button pops back by itself!!! so I have to keep on having to press it again and again! A bit frustrating but it will do for the time being. It fits perfectly and it was reasonably priced so overall I am pleased with the purchase.
