  Wouldn't buy again. 09 November 2011

  I run a small cleaning company and use Henry vacuum cleaners. I bought 2 of these and both broke within 2 weeks! I will stick to the 'real' spares in future.

  I bought the wrong size because it was not clear whether the measurement was for the outside or inside diameter. Now I can't return it because it's beyond 2 weeks

  waste of money 11 August 2011

  service and delivery were fantastic - well packaged. fitted very easily onto pipe then began to use and it fell apart! managed to reassemble but it fell apart again so had to use tape to hold it together to finish the vaccuming. should have spent another tenner and bought the genuine article!

  Rubbish!! 01 July 2011

  The attachment fitted my 32mm hoover tube perfectly. However when using for the first time to hoover the carpet the attachment fell apart. The small black tube came out of the head attachment and try as we might we can not get it to fit back together. The part is rendered useless. Would not recommend this product at all.
