  Would have been good if it fitted 04 July 2021

  I got this for my Miele S571 vacuum, which is not actually on the list of models with spares currently- it must be 30 years old. I should have measured it- the tube is 35mm.

  Could have been the best buy ever! 25 June 2021

  Unfortunately the product isn't as universal as described. It does'nt fit the hose of my Meile C1 Classic vacuum, neither fits inside the orifice of the hose, nor on the outside. Its the same size! So will need to return it.

  Not as good as the adjustable universal head. 22 April 2015

  I normally buy the adjustable universal head. I took a chance with this one and I don't think is nearly as good quality as the adjustable one. The adjustable one is much sturdier.

  Universal vacuum head 22 April 2015

  The one I received is not the same as shown in the picture. Fits Henry well but the head is not suitable for Henry. Its not as wide as the Henry one. It doesn't 'sit flat' on the carpet. This result in reduced suction. Needed so kept.

  Good Until it Welded Itself to the Tube 18 September 2014

  I bought this probably about a year and a half ago for my Miele as the original head broke. It was good replacement and worked well, although the fit to the metal tube was snug, so getting it on and off wasn't as easy as the original. Then, last week I needed to take the head off but found it was well and truly stuck on. Several people tried, but to no avail. In the end, holding the floor tool down with my feet and pulling/twisting the metal tube resulted in the floor tool coming apart completely, with the black plastic connecting section still stuck to the tube. In the end I had to chisel it off! For the price and a year and a half of regular use, I am not complaining. Considering that the miele spare floor tool is eye wateringly expensive, I still think this is a worthwhile alternative.

  Did not fit but can be made to fit. 13 March 2014

  Wrong size so it needs a sleeve to fit. I will make it fit but it will look out of place. I will use a larger pipe and force both bits (original hose and floor tool) into it at either end.

  Henry 32mm floor Tool 07 January 2014

  Only just got this product and it is not a genuine part. The suction for the head is only in the middle and not across the head itself, so the pick up is not what I expected. It is a relatively inexpensive replacement for the original head, so value for money I suppose, but I would not buy again. Go for the genuine part.

  The old head that I removed had the 2 flip switches, as shown in your illustration, but the one I received only has one - which is not as easy to use. The new one is less weighty/substantial than the old one. But it does the job!
