Before I ordered this I asked if the bristles were hard as I've lost my hard bristle brush. I was advised that it was but when it arrived I discovered the bristles are soft. Not worth sending back so I ended up purchasing an unsuitable product.

Vacuum cleaner accessory was very good value. And the quality was high, with the part comparable to that from Karcher and ffitted the Karcher vacuum cleaner tube snugly. I would recommend buying the brush accessory as the 3 part kit for roughly the same price as the brush accessory.
