  Fast shipping, poor instructions 21 May 2015

  Got the package fast. The sensor was too long. Did not find any instrucions on how to replace it. On the web page I found a video of a zanussi fridge but it is not the same procedure. So please fix the length of the sensor and also update with correct instructions.

  Would have given this a perfect score had the thermostat sensor wire not been twice as long as it needed to be. The space available for the coiled spare made it a very tight fit to get the housing back on, otherwise a very simple fit.

  Prior to purchase, I understood that the stat. was intended for a 2 door fridge but reading other reviews, I was confident I could use it. The thermocouple was far too long so a 'coiling' job was called for but it didn't make for a tidy job. It worked, however, so it will do.

  Thermostat for Whirlpool ARC0900 31 December 2013

  Like mentioned in other reviews for this thermostat it was too long compared to the original. It was fiddly to coil up the excess behind the thermostat body. One of the spade terminals was too big (original has one small spade to ensure correct connections). However the kit came with several spades so it was easy enough to replace. Fridge works fine now.

  Perfect stat 21 August 2013

  This was very easy to fit probably 100mm to long so just coiled it up at the back of the stat my fridge wasn't cooling before I changed the stat now it's cooling perfect!! Cheep fix ;-)

  Good quality thermostat 29 January 2013

  Looks like it fits many models , thin tube is too long for the whirlpool fridge/freezer I have . So had to coil excess behind light housing , which made it fiddely to fit . Took a while to work out fixing screw for housing was accessed by pulling out the light switch door plunger , then slide housing sideways .

  A Quick solution to overfreezing 24 April 2012

  I was surprised at how easy it was to fit the thermostat, having delayed this because I was afraid of touching anything. I did not need to cut any wires, as the new unit fitted into the space and connected automatically. The hardest part was getting the old unit out first. The thermostat was "too long", so I had to wrap this up a bit.
