  Excellent replacement. 19 April 2017

  Visitor from USA obviously didn't realise the machine had a safety lock at end of cycle. Heave and broke the original. Replacement was a perfect match and was reasonably easy to fix. Pleased with it and hope it will last!!!!.

  Supplied promptly and as described. Wasn't clear that two hinge pins were needed but fortunately the pins from the broken handle were still loose within the door. Fitting was a bit fidley and not for those with no engineering experience. Did the job once fitted.

  So easy to find what I needed. Paid for next day delivery as I couldn't do without my washing machine. Able to track my order, given a hour slot for delivery. My husband had no problem fitting the handle, washing machine as good as new. Would highly recommend .

  Seeing the video would have saved me much time 21 November 2014

  Wish I'd watched the video and seen that you have to unscrew the inside ring of the door to get the handle in. I did work it out eventually and fitted the new handle with the old catch and it works perfectly. Many thanks. Chuffed DIY Granny
