  Waste of money 24 March 2013

  I ordered two of these but one broke within a few weeks. I ordered another one but that one has also now broken. The tabs are very poor quality and snap off or wear down. I'm still left with a washing machine with a drum paddle missing and don't want to buy a fourth one!

  product to brittle, easily snaps off, bad design by hotpoint. or inferior plastic, 6 lifters in as many months, not good.(becoming very expensive) but no alternative.
