  My handle snapped off my vacuum.. didn't know if a replacement would be easy to find but it was!! Rather pricey for a bit of plastic but essential and cheaper than a new cleaner.

  The new wand handle was easy to fit but is not so comfortable to use. Instead of just be cylindrical it has two very slight ridges that press into your hand when using.

  Expensive but its Milele 13 August 2015

  Good quality original spares - but very expensive and when bought with the new brush head was almost the half the price of a new Miele vac! If it hadn't been for the fact that the new one is lower power - I would have bought a new vac!

  This is the second bent end hose I have received in the past month,the first split from the air vent on the top of the part. This one however seems okay at present as you would expect with a genuine spare!

  Why four stars and not five stars - I placed the order online on the Thursday night and was hopeful of a Saturday Morning delivery (Having paid the extra fee for the 'next day delivery' option). However it never came until the Monday. If it had been clear that this was this was the case - I would have saved the extra money and gone for the standard delivery. All said and done - the part was correctly supplied and no problems. Would use e-spare again.

  Quick and easy 23 September 2011

  Took new hose out of parcel, removed existing hose and fitted new one, all in under a minute - simple. Replacement identical to existing one which is "what it said on tin" - no rubbish cheap substitute.

  This being a genuine Miele part is top quality and clips on with ease. There are other unofficial ones out there but why bother with a potential "5 minute wonder" when you can get the official part at a good price? Fast delivery too.
