  Absolute Ripp Off! 19 October 2015

  I was charged a fortune (I would happily say how much but the review engine said the review would be rejected if I did.) for what turned out to be a short piece of bent plastic tubing, no electrical connections just a plastic tube! Disgusting profiteering!

  Just the part I needed 18 June 2014

  I rang to check whether parts were still available for my not so new vacuum cleaner. The staff told me that whilst the particular part for my model was no longer about, I could fit the part they recommended without any problem. Part arrived very quickly, fitted easily, and I was delighted with the service I received. Thought it quite expensive however.
