  Just what I wanted 13 February 2009

  Rather than buy a new hoover I opted for buying a spare part instead. The part fitted my cat n dog 700 exactly, was fitted easily and was received quickly!! Great service thankyou!!

  Quick and easy 05 February 2009

  We had the previous hose 7 tears before it snapped. I think this is a good amount of time for a part that takes such a strain when vacuuming. The replacement was easy to fit and we were up and running again quickly. Hopefull this will last as long!

  A Design Weakness 22 January 2009

  I have rated the product as "average" because I feel that its design is flawed. I think that the manufacturers suspect that there may be a weakness, because they have tried to strengthen the bend by adding a stiff wire insert. The bend broke without undo pressure being applied. Have Miele considered making the bend using a light metal?

  Got what I asked for 11 December 2008

  I was recently faced with the dilema of my faithful Miele Hoover breaking I couldn't afford a new one and googled the part I needed this site came up and offered genuine replacement spares and that's exactly what I got!
