  You specifically ask customers to focus on their experience in using the product. I suggest therefore that you try asking in one year's time when I may have some meaningful comment to proffer based upon experience gained during use of the product. In the meantime I see no reason to comment adversely other that to say that it is a bit unfortunate that there is no charging indication lamp to provide confidence that the battery is actually taking a charge

  I do not usually by black n decker but this is a useful to for assembling kitchen cupboards and the like and compact used a few times saves scraped knuckles in tight corners.
