  very handy small driver 08 December 2015

  I use this small driver every day. It is ideal for removing and replacing small screws in gas boilers etc. Not too powerful that it rips the threads out. It's small size and the additional angled head are ideal for hard to reach places. Saves me a lot of time and energy. Lightweight and small it fits easily in my tool box along with my other items.

  Value for money...definitely! 08 December 2015

  Apprehensive at first as there is a similar one, of unknown make to me, elsewhere, cheaper but not quite as powerful, so went with the BD name. Can't quite understand espares title showing 4.5Nm when the unit is labelled at 5.5Nm and espares quote 5.5 in the description. Have used it already and found it so handy, handy, as it fits snuggly into the hand and is like an extension of the finger when trying to get at something under a cupboard, in the dark, whilst lying on the floor. The light was a big help to ensure the driver was at the right angle for maximum torque. The only downside is the extensive charging time and lack of advice as to the effect of top-up charging on battery life. Only time will tell on that one. Another niggle was the driver bit supplied with the unit was an hexagon tip, which I rarely use, whilst the illustrations show a conventional cross head tip which I had to go out and buy before use hence the 4 star rating not 5. A good product which I would recommend; it definitely felt right and I will use it extensively.

  Delivery timescale 03 December 2015

  Usually don't have an issue with this supplier regarding delivery. Ordered a Black & Decker screwdriver and it said delivery would take two to three days never received the item in that time scale and when I asked what the problem was I was told it was out of stock. At no time did anyone think of contacting me to tell me of this fact, and when I eventually contacted them and was informed of this fact l asked to cancel the order and have my monies refunded. I was told they would check it out and would cancel the item I never heard anything again an was about to contact them again when the item arrived. Unfortunately I had purchased the item elsewhere now I have two items.
