  This is the second set we have bought and they only last about 2 years which reflects the quality. The product is the highest example of in-built obsolescence. Whilst a mark-up on spares is accepted the price is ridiculous. The fact that it appears on the front page shows what a lucrative line it is. E-spares service very good quality of part and price an issue.
