  A renewed electrical appliance 05 November 2020

  Fed up with our hand held vac packing up due to running out of charge when only half our 3 story starts vacuumed! Followed online recommendation to replace battery and filter - the Dyson is back to its expected performance. Advised delivery would be about 4 weeks - it arrived in about 1 week! Well done under promised and over delivered!

  Fantastic Replacement 29 October 2020

  We bought the battery for the Dyson V6 total clean as the original one was only giving approximately 6 minutes of power. The fitting of the new battery was simple and easy to do. It works perfectly and we now get 20 minutes of power at least.

  We originally gulped at the cost of this replacement Dyson V6 battery and went on, instead, to buy a cheap copy from elsewhere - but it failed after a month, leading us back to thinking we should have bought a proper battery in the first place, which we now have. My advice is to do the same. The hassle with cheap Chinese copies seems not to be worthwhile.

  I decided to buy the genuine Dyson item a twice the overall cost. Whether that’s a good decision only time will tell. The original battery was 4 years old but would only hold sufficient charge for a few minutes. I cannot fault e spares and was particularly impressed with their correspondence regarding order status.David
