    Useless 08 November 2021

I have been using this forjust over a week I have put bait on the ramps and at the entrance and inside I use peanut butter as it works well in snap traps. Mice are taking all the bait outside the trap but the ramps are over sprung so the mice don't appear to be strong enough to get into the trap. I put the snap traps back and to my daughters dismay two dead mice.

Mouse Feeding Station 14 July 2021

Caught the mouse then let go! Very disappointing. Tried to be humane and it either had help from another mouse or worked out how to work the trap door. Either a very clever mouse or poorly designed!

    Not caught a thing! 20 March 2021

I have had this trap for two weeks now. I bought it at the same time as the much cheaper plastic ‘trip trap’ also available from e-Spares. I’ve just ordered another two of those because they work so well, but this metal one hasn’t attracted any attention at all. I’ve even had both traps in the same place side by side, or swapped them into different places. Each time the cheap one had caught a mouse - sometimes less than 5 minutes after setting it, and on one occasion three times in one night. This metal one has caught zilch. I can smell the chocolate from the outside, so I’m sure that a mouse can too. Frustrating!

    Latent winner 26 September 2020

It hasn't caught anything yet - but that may be because next door's cat is getting into our house, or because the mice have moved out. I will try to keep you posted.

Very humane, and guaranteed to succeed. 06 August 2020

I've used this trap for years, and must have caught 30 or 40 woodmice during that time, including 4 in one night! The trap is simplicity itself to set, and to open for release of the captives. It's also very well made and robust. A practical tip: You can use cheese, but our little friends can't resist pieces of chocolate biscuit. Just put a tiny piece at the entrance of the trap to tempt them, and a larger piece or two inside, which they can smell - and see - when they explore further. And that's it. Happy hunting. Just make sure you release them well away from where you live, or they'll be back for more!

Delivery was first class came two days after ordered. Put it out and within two hours had caught 2 mice. Following day had another. These were all in a cottage garden & released 2 miles away in woodland. Very very pleased with the product

What use is a trap that doesn't trap! it appears to be well made reasonable quality, as for value well it does not work so of little value, to that end, not good value for money!!!!! After one of my regular inspections to see if I had caught a pesky vermin. I noticed the food had been eaten the beady eyed nose twitching mice had left me with mess to clean and had then subsequently bugged out! (gone) What this device should be called is a "mobile mouse restaurant"
