  Diplomat oven heater ring ELE3955 15 December 2020

  We have had our Diplomat double fan assisted oven for 11 years now which they do not make now, but fortunetley eSpares supply parts for this unit. This has gone a couple of times so I keep a refference of the item number. I ordered this on Sunday evening and it was delivered to me as promised on the Tuesday am. I fitted this in 5 minutes and now have a oven we can cook in. Thank you eSpares for a great service.

  I received this element very quickly- which was great. I had to do a lot of research to find the right element as my oven had no manufacturer name or number. I was able to compare the measurements and took a chance- bingo it fits ! It was easy to fit too. So pleased I can use my oven again.

  Having purchased, read the comments and seen the video re how to fit the element we did it easily . The video was particularly good as I hadn't realised that the cooker door could be removed and the comments about not letting the clips (inside the cooker) fall down the back very relevant.

  I watched the espares guide before ordering this, which gave me the confidence to go ahead and attempt the repair. I opted for a pattern rather than an OEM part as this was much cheaper. The part fitted perfectly, and looks and works as well as the original. Some words of caution though, you may find that you need to drill out one or two of the old screws before fitting the replacement (I had to drill one old screw out). With this in mind, you may want to ensure that you can remove the old one before ordering the new one. My fan also fell apart during the removal process, which meant that I had to order a new fan assembly at the same time. Bottom line, the oven is now working perfectly, in fact as new.
