  After my original Sony remote broke, I was a little reluctant to buy another one which wasn't from a Sony store. However, after receiving the remote from eSpares, seeing how extremely well it works and how easy it is to use, I would definitely order from here again. The remote itself is exactly the same as the one that broke initially and is available at a great price. The service is excellent with fast delivery and even a little gift with my purchase.

  Batteries were not supplied. This remote control had no user guide or key for the buttons so their functions had to be worked out by trial and error.
