  Replaced the old remote control with no issues 15 May 2015

  The device was delivered very quickly by eSpares after the order. It is an exact replica of our old (broken) LG remote control. We fitted the batteries (not supplied) and it worked as expected.

  Good remote, but case quality could be better 06 November 2014

  In overal decent product. Works like a charm and what suprised me was the size of the remote control. I kind of expected a remote controller with that many buttons to be bigger. I found that the case of the RC could be better quality. Edges were pointing out and they were kind of sharp. I always feel those when holding the RC in my hand.

  The correct remote for my wife 13 June 2014

  The LG TV came with the WiFi magic remote - totally beyond my wife's comprehension. This one is traditional in layout so she can get her head around it. It is an ORIGINAL LG remote (although the plastic case seems a bit on the thin side). When ordering, the web page step by stem approach was a dream to use and took me straight to the product. Other shops just showed pictures (and I never did find the remote I wanted). Price very reasonable and overseas postage not too excessive. I would recommend this company as an easy to use and efficient buying experience.
