  Probably can be made ti fit most cookers, but not universal 18 March 2016

  As my cooker oven control knob had broken and a replacement was not readily available I was desperate for something to keep me going until I could buy a new cooker. This Universal Multifit Oven Control Knob looked ideal. However, none of the supplied spindles fitted properly, so I had to use the smallest diameter and pack it with PTFE tape. A bit of a fiddle, and definitely not a long term solution. There is no spring in the spindles, so they either fit or don't. Not really "universal"

  Our built in Hotpoint oven is over 15 years old and we had trouble sourcing replacement knobs locally. These universal knobs were ideal, great fit, great value for money - just what we were looking for! We will definitely use espares again.

  A perfect fit 10 June 2015

  Bought this as a trial to see if one of the shanks would fit a 40 year old Flavell B700 camping cooker in our boat. Apart from having to cut the shank down a tad, it worked. Excellent.
